Administrative Information
Dues
All players who participate must pay the full dues.
$75.00, payable before the first day of play. May 6th, 2010
o $25.00 handicap
o $27.00 banquet
o $23.00 prizes
Season
Every Thursday
Tee off 5:15 PM shotgun every Thursday
 League will alternate nines each week
Must check in with the golf shop and get a receipt before you head out on the course. The starter will be around to check receipts.
April 22nd will be the league meeting at 5:30 pm.
 May 6th through September 2nd
Green Fees
 Teams are encouraged to pay green fees in full season increments. This will help speed up the wait time checking in.
o Bonus for full season payment is two 18 hole green fees
 Weekly green fees payable at Golf Shop prior to play
o $19.75 per week ($18.50 plus tax) 
Full season fees 17 weeks $336.91
(receive two free 18 hole coupon to be used outside of league play ($60 value))
(receive a card that the golf shop will date each night that you play. This will allow you to know how many rounds you have left to use after the league season for 9 holes.)
General League Information
League Format
Teams will play with their own groups each night.
 Because we shotgun start it is important that all groups start at the same time. If groups start early or late it affects the pace of play for all of the other groups, please adhere to the shotgun start policy.
 Each week prizes will be awarded to the winner(s) of the designated event. This year after all of the scorecards have been turned in at the end of the night, we will take the names of the ladies who played that evening and have a drawing for the night. If you won the event prize that night you will not be eligible for the drawing that evening.
 Turn completed score cards in to golf shop each night
o Please write your team #’s on your card.
o Please write 1st and last names.
All players must have a handicap. The Golf Shop Staff will post scores for you in the handicap computer each week.
Each lady who has paid their full league fees will receive a VIP gift bag at the League Banquet.
